[Exhibition Schedule & Venue]

Venue: Tech University of Korea (Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea)

March 16 (Mon) – May 10 (Sun), 2026, 24:00 (KST)


[Submissio Method]

[Artwork Submission Guidelines]

Eligibility: Open to both members and non-members of the Korea Game Society

Artwork Size & Format: A2 (420mm x 594mm, 200dpi, JPEG, CMYK)

Submission Fee (per artwork):

Members: KRW 70,000 / Non-members: KRW 120,000 / International participants: Free


[Payment Method]

Domestic participants:

Bank Transfer: Shinhan Bank 100-022-756628 (Korea Game Society)

Please write the depositor’s name in the format: “YourName_Affiliation”

Online card payment is available on the KGS website International participants: No payment required (submission fee waived)


[Exhibition & Catalog Distribution]

The Korea Game Society will print and exhibit the submitted digital files.

The exhibition catalog will include only the following information: Artist name, Artwork title, Affiliation, and Country.

The digital catalog (PDF) will be available for download on the KGS website within one month after the exhibition.

Certificates of participation are available upon request.


[Regulations]

Submitted works must be original and not previously exhibited (solo shows, graduation shows, or group exhibitions)

Submitted  works  may  be  used  by  the  Korea  Game  Society  for  promotional,  educational,  or  publication purposes, and may be adapted for public or private dissemination if necessary.

All responsibilities regarding plagiarism, copyright, and portrait rights disputes rest with the participant. If selected works are later commercialized or productized, royalties will be provided to the original creator in consultation with the Korea Game Society.

※ All submitted works may also be considered as candidate artworks for exhibition at Busan Indie Connect Festival (BIC Fest) 2026 in August, Busan, Korea (www.bicfest.org). Selected works will receive an official confirmation and be included in the exhibition catalog.
